Start by splitting and toasting a Traditional Coupland’s Hot Cross Bun. On one half, spread a dollop of your favorite relish, and on the other, generously coat with butter. Complete the ensemble by adding 2-3 rashers of crispy bacon and bring your hot cross bun to life with this savoury twist.

2. Hot Cross Bun Ice Cream Sundae Sandwich

Toast a hot cross bun to perfection, then scoop a generous portion of your favourite ice cream onto the bottom half. Top the ice cream with a drizzle of chocolate sauce (because why not?), and finally, crown your creation with the other half of the hot cross bun. Add mini chocolate easter eggs for an extra bit of chocolatey goodness! Behold, a delightful ice cream sandwich that’s perfect for Easter indulgence.

3. Jammy Afternoon Tea Hot Cross Buns

Give your hot cross bun a delightful afternoon tea makeover. Split a Traditional or Cranberry Hot Cross Bun in half and generously spread your favorite jam on both sides. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top, and voila! For an extra crunch, try toasting your buns to perfection.

4. S’mores Hot Cross Buns

Embrace the gooey goodness with a s’mores-inspired hot cross bun delight. Split your hot cross bun and spread each side with chocolate spread. Sandwich 3-4 marshmallows between the top and bottom bun. Pop the whole ensemble into the air fryer for 3 minutes at 180 degrees or until the marshmallows turn irresistibly soft and gooey.

5. Creamy Choc Chip Hot Cross Bun

Cut your hot cross buns in half and toast them in the oven. Once cooled slightly, fill them with whipped cream & top with luscious caramel sauce and crumbled choc chip biscuits for an extra bit of crunch. Indulge in this creamy and crunchy delight!
