Couplands Kids Recipes

Have some fun with your kids in the kitchen! They’ll be delighted to mix the colours and make funny shapes, and they’ll enjoy being creative.

Rudolph Brownies


  • 1-2 packets of Coupland’s Choc Brownie
  • Small Pretzels
  • Holiday Mint M&M’s (red, white, and green)
  • Melted Chocolate about 1/2 a cup


  • Prepare brownies on a plate or a board
  • Cut brownies into rectangles and either frost or use the melted chocolate to stick on the reindeer face.
  • Place decorated brownies onto a serving plate and enjoy!

Tip – cozy up on the couch with a hot chocolate & your favourite Christmas movie!

Watermelon Christmas Tree's


  • 1/4 of a water melon
  • 1 Christmas tree cookie cutter
  • Decorate with 100’s & 1000’s for extra effect or drizzle with greek yoghurt
  • Serving plate


  1. Using cookie cutter place onto water melon and press firmly. Carefully remove shape from melon and place on a tray or serving plate.
  2. Once cut out 6-8 Christmas Trees sprinkle  hundreds and thousands or drizzle Greek yoghurt in the shape of zig zags.
  3. Enjoy!

Christmas Slime


  • 2 cups of red glitter glue (or colour of your choice)
  • 1.5 cups very warm water
  • A few drops of cinnamon or peppermint extract
  • 2 mixing bowls
  • 2 wooden spoons
  • 3 Teaspoons of cornflour
  • Extract 1 & 1/3 cup of warm water
  • Extra red glitter & green glitter


    1. Add the red glitter glue, 1.5 cups of warm water, cinnamon or peppermint extract and extra glitter in a bowl and mix well with the wooden spoon.
    2. In a separate bowl mix the cornflour and the 1 & 1/3 cups of warm water with the other wooden spoon.
    3. Add the cornflour mixture to the glitter mixture.
    4. Mix it all together with your hands and the slime will start to form.
    5. Continue mixing with your hands until the slime reaches the correct consistency.


If the slime is too sticky dissolve a small amount of cornflour in a small drop of water and add it to the slime & mix thoroughly.
