We have a 32 hour per position for an experienced Health & Safety Coordinator, hours are flexible and can be worked over a 4 or 5 day week.

 

Here’s a taste of what you will be doing…

• Our Senior Leadership Team and People Leaders own Health & Safety within the business, the Health & Safety Coordinator will support the team to drive safety and employee wellbeing in our workplace.
• The gatekeeper for our Damstra reporting tool.
• Coaching, mentoring and growing capability within the business for Health & Safety.
• Providing accurate reports to Senior Leadership and the board that add value to the business.

The ingredients for success:

• Experience as Health and Safety Coordinator in multi-site business.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Pragmatic approach to Health & Safety, with the ability to influence safe outcomes.
